You can order any books online. If you prefer to order by mail visit the Mail Order page for detailed information, or Click here for the mail order form (popup).If you would like to place an online order now and pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or e-check, go to the author page and click the appropriate Order button(s).
PayPal
All online sales are handled by PayPal (Europe) Ltd in the UK. I accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Cirrus, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, eChecks and direct bank transfers in GB Pounds, Euros and US Dollars. You can choose the method of payment and your preferred currency on the "payment details" page of the shopping cart.If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for free during the checkout process, it only takes a couple of minutes. All you need is a permanent address and a bank account. It will never cost you a penny - there is no commission, no signup fee - and you can use PayPal to purchase goods and services on tens of thousands of websites worldwide.
If you don't want to open a PayPal account, you can still order online if you see a button that says "I do not have a PayPal account" on the "payment details" page. Click on the button and continue with the order process. There's no sign up, no additional fees and the order will be processed immediately so there's no waiting.
Prices
Shopping cart prices are shown in GB Pounds. If you are not in the UK, click here (popup) to find out the cost in your own currency. If you are unsure how to proceed, I will convert the price for you. Prices quoted on the author pages include postage and packing within the UK. Please email me (popup) for help with price conversion or overseas shipping costs.
Prices do not Include local VAT or sales tax outside the UK. USA, Canada and EC customers should note that personal goods shipped from the U.K. are not subject to any local sales tax.

Customers should note that personal gifts are not subject to customs duty. Since you have kindly made a voluntary donation to the upkeep of my expensive website that happens to exactly match the price of the chosen book(s), I will be pleased to send your order as a gift from me to you. And that is what I will write on the Customs Declaration Form.
Shipping
Orders will normally be shipped the next working day after receipt of you order. If there is likely to be a longer delay, I will email you for instructions before banking your payment.
You will receive a shipping advice notice by email on the day of dispatch.
